Murphy said he was dissatisfied with the service at this business. They told him his insurance would pay for his tow and storage. The insurance informed him they would not pay for this storage so he needed to have his vehicle towed from the business to another location at his expense. The business said he would be charged a flat rate of $125 hourly and he would not be charged until the vehicle was hooked up but the cost began 15 minutes before the vehicle was hooked up and the customer ended up paying nearly $210 for this tow. He would not recommend them due to this experience.
