Jake said he liked the driver who helped, but he has an issue with this business. He made an appointment with them at 4 o'clock, for 5 o'clock, and around 5:30 he called them and they said they would not be able to get there until 6 o'clock. They said anything after 6 o'clock is overtime, so there would be extra fees. He could not afford the overtime fees so he rescheduled for the following day. He was displeased that he had to wait around with his 8 year old daughter for an hour and a half just to have to reschedule. The following day the driver showed up on time, and he rated him a 5 on everything, and said he should get a raise or promotion. He rated the dispatcher a 2 on courtesy and a 0 on communication. He said this business could do better by showing up when they make an appointment.
