Jennifer said she was not happy with the experience she had with this business and she would not recommend them. They quoted her $1,500 for the repair. The receipt they gave her did not list what they had found wrong with the vehicle. She took her vehicle elsewhere and they found that her head gasket was blown, when this business had advised her it was fine.

On 6/2/17, we did give Jennifer an invoice as what her vehicle needed. It needed a water pump, timing belt and a clutch fan and that it would cost $1550.74 to repair. There was revision, for that cost of repair that showed that days servises and the cost of repairs, if she decided to have work done and she elected not to have the work done. We also did a leak test for a blown head gasket and it was negitive at the time. But, she was told to be careful because with water pump going out it could cause considerable damage.

Roger said he went to the business with a vague idea of what the problem was and what the symptoms of the problem were. They took in the vehicle and when he received it back, they told him the exact same thing he told them originally. They said they were not confident as to what the problem could be. They made no attempt to fix the problem and he expressed, that they didn't do anything. They didn't even look at the vehicle. They just told him what he had told them originally. They charged him $300, even though they couldn't find the exact problem. He left there without any new information, except that they could attempt to fix the problem for $1,000. He was completely dissatisfied with the business and he will never do business with them again.

On 6/16/17 Roger brought his vehicle in because he said he took it another shop and they had told him he needed a new oil pan and timing belt. They evidently recommended he start with a transmission flush, he had them do that and then the oil light came back on and he took it back to them and they said he needed a new motor. He brought it to us, we did look at his vehicle. We did not find much up in the motor but we found that the oil pump screen was plugged and the oil control camshaft actuator was making noise. We told him he did not need a new motor but that oil pan needed to be replaced because when the other shop did the flush it just agitated all the sludge down there.
The $251.76 he was charged was for pulling the valve cover gasket and checking it out. He told us he didn't want to put anymore money into the car.
As a senior, he was also given a senior discount

"Friendly service,willing to work with customers needs!!"
I was able to drop off car when I had time after hours and called in to tell them what was wrong, they keep me informed every step and was able to pay over the phone and have the car pick up after hours by son. Not once but twice now, all while I was out of state. I didn't need to wait until I could deal with it myself. This saved me not having to take time off work, and not having to figure out how to get to work while the cars where in for repair. Thanks to the whole crew, you are all assume!!!!
