The first reason is the parts being put in your car. We only use high-quality parts because we believe it is less likely to result in a recurrence of the problem and we don't want to see you get stranded because an inferior replacement part failed.
Secondly, our supervisors are ASE-certified master mechanics and our technicians are ASE-certified in their specialties. We hire quality mechanics so you can trust the work is being done right.
Lastly, we offer a 24 month/24,000 mile warranty on most of our repairs which is double the industry standard.
