My 1999 Saturn had an inoperable rear window that was stuck halfway down. Jim explained the problem and why they didn't advise trying to immobilize the window in the up position, when I asked about that. They always explain recommendations and service work in a manner that is understandable. I appreciate the honesty and customer care I always receive at this location.
