Came in for oil change, safety check, headlight change. No surprises because the clerk/mechanic goes over each service needed or desired. They found some issues that will need to be addressed soon, gave me their bid and advice about what the priorities should be, What more can one ask? They even gave an accurate waiting time -a little over an hour. AAA originally was what brought me in, the people are what make me stay. I have recommended the place to friends and they too are repeat customers now.
