Lorianne said she was having troubles with her vehicle and every business she went to didn't really explain the problem in plain English, but Jim took the time to explain the issue in a way she could understand and he gave her suggestions. They were awesome. They were nice and calm and they gave her the best way to go about working out what she should do.
