slow rude and not helpful
Very slow and service very poor compared to other auto shops where help is alert and interested its customers

I'm sorry you feel that way about our shop. Unfortunately, different states have different regulatory guidelines on repairs and we have to adhere to regulations for the state of California. I apologize if that gave you the impression that we weren't interested in helping you resolve your vehicle repair needs.
