A free no charge diagnostic was never asqked for nor promised.
I was not able to conntact anyone on the number provided. The voice mail had not been set up.
The original caller was the girl friend of Paul(?). Conceern was expressed that the car had recently contacted a guard rail and they needed it looked at. She said that the car would not start all the time, it would just crank and crank. There was also concerns that there might be something wrong with the radiator. Testing for the customer concerns found that there were three things that the customer needed to be concerned with.
A good and fair estimate was given to cover the costs to repair the the three faults.
A 10% discount coupon was also given at the time the car was picked up.

"A trusted partner for my auto care needs"
I am a loyal customer to Dave and Quality Auto Service. Unless stranded off the island with no other options, the only place I would ever take my car for service is Quality Ato Service.
