Dwight said he originally told them the problem with his vehicle was the alternator but they charged him $90 to double check it and diagnose the issue that he had already mentioned to them. He said he would definitely go back to this business though.

Hello Dwight, thank you for the business, but I think your review may send the wrong message. After reviewing our history report, I found that we did recommend doing diagnosis for a fee to prevent replacing the wrong part. This service was declined so we only charged you for the part and the labor to replace it ($225.00)- PLease check your receipt. Thank, Mike
