Marie, I just spoke to your son Charles regarding your experience. I am so sorry for what happened with the mix up with ordering the parts for your vehicles front end repair. Joe, my new service writer is not familiar with the online order system the vendor we use and accidentally ordered just one of each of the control arms(instead of 2 each). Because of this we included new lower ball joints at no charge to you. To make things worse, the machine shop that installed the ball joints for me took almost a day and a half to complete that step! I was hoping that the $300+ off because of the ball joints and letting you post date a $592 check for 6 weeks would suffice in exchange for the experience, unfortunately your son says you are still upset. Please accept my apology for this and I hope you see that we went above and beyond to fix this issue and hope you reconsider coming back to us again for any service. Thank you - Mike
