Spoke with George's wife. She said that they went in for an oil change that ended up costing $1,100. She mentioned that they called her before doing any service to tell her that the vehicle needed new spark plugs and she agreed. She called another business for a second opinion and was told that the spark plugs were not bad. She stated that the tires also needed to be rotated but is not sure if this was done. She said that the pressure was low on two of the tires.

Based on the first sentence of this review we look terrible. Sorry for the mis-communication. I originally spoke with George in person and did exactly what he requested. The truck did require a tune up at the 60k service under severe duty (as explained in the FORD service notes) regardless of what "the other shop" told her. This repair of $1100 also included full 60 service and front brake repair. I personally sent a letter and called a few times to iron things out in this matter as I want every customer to understand what services are performed and them to be happy with all services provided. Just a lapse in communication here. Sorry again Mr. and Mrs. Deltoro
