Mary said she had a new battery put in at this business and the price was a little too much. She talked to Mike and now everything is fine. She is always happy with her experience at this business.

Mary said she was not happy with her experience with this business. She said that she could not believe that they would charge her $159 for a battery after all the services she has given Mike. Had she known that, she could have called the Auto Club where they would have only charged her $125. She has always highly recommended them to anyone, but because of her recent experience, she would no longer recommend them. She also said that she is still upset and will not be coming back to this facility.

I just spoke to Mary and straightened everything out. Unfortunatly she was not the person that brought the vehicle in and due to a communication error was not aware of all of the services performed. I also didn't know she was a AAA member so next time she comes in she will receive the standard AAA discount along with the 24 month/24,000 mile AAA warranty. Thank you Mary for all of your support and hope the best in your time of difficulty, Mike
