Becky said the vehicle runs great, the problem was fixed, and the work they performed was fine, but the customer service was lacking. She said the vehicle broke down on Thanksgiving and she was told by the business on November 23rd that if she brought the vehicle in that day it would be in line for repairs. She said she was disappointed that the business did not look at her vehicle until November 28th and they did not finish the work until November 30th. She said she expected the work to be finished in 6 hours based on her own knowledge of the damage and she would have taken it somewhere else to have the work completed in a more timely manner. She said they do a good job and she would still recommend this business to anyone.

Cliff said this business quoted him a price and then tore the vehicle down and called him to tell him it would be more to fix it. He mentioned that he felt he was over a barrel because his vehicle was torn apart in front of him.
