Spoke with Molly. She said the quality of the repair was poor but she chose not to be more specific. She said her vehicle was delayed 5 hours due to detailing. She was not updated. She said she is unsure if she is satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared her estimate because her husband was the one that took the vehicle in to get an estimate. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated or with the communication from this business. She said she would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons stated.
