Joann said they did a great job. She has been going there for 17 years or more and she has never had a bad experience. The facility, including the bathrooms are extremely clean and comfortable. They also provide desks and chairs. They are friendly and the communication is good. Nate always repairs her vehicle and she has never had a problem. If something does not feel right they correct it right away. They test drove her vehicle and broke the seatbelt and they said they would take care of it. Ashley, the secretary is wonderful and assured her everything was fine with the airbags. They were busy ordering parts but Mark still called to update her a couple times a week. She has recommended them to several people.
