Spoke with Clint. He stated that he wasn't satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel because there was some communication issues on delivery dates of parts. Clint also mentioned that there was also some communication issues about the delivery time of the rental vehicle. Therefore, he wasn't satisfied with the communication either.
