Spoke with Jennifer. She said she was really happy with this business. There was an issue with the paint color not matching but she understood it was hard to find the color that matched. She has always been satisfied with this business and has faith in them they will fix it. They left messages on her recorder and they knew what was going on. She was very happy with the whole thing and it was easy. She even had an idea when the parts would come in so she could take them to the business to start the repairs. This gave her an idea of how long she needed the rental. The vehicle was drivable and she did not have to start paying too soon on the rental. Overall, she was concerned with the rental charge due to overage and because the insurance would not cover some things due to minimal damage.
