"Serious no fake friendliness"
Service guys Matt and Chanc made the experience easy and pleasant. Service was completed early with no after-service problems. Price is super competitive and below dealer service cost. I've finally found a non-dealer service home for my Ram.

"Great service"
The service dept went beyond what they were required to after I bought my vehicle from them. When I brought it up to do some agreed on work they pointed out something else that was wrong with the car an fixed that also. Thanks for your honesty!

Amber said the business told her the radiator, a hose, and something else needed to be replaced. She left the vehicle there and they did not inform her of anything else. When the vehicle was returned, she was never given an invoice. It was an unprofessional experience and they didn't offer to provide a warranty.

Hi Amber, I'm sorry for your poor perception of the sales experience. I can tell you from the service side that we replaced the radiator, upper radiator hose and water pump per the "We Owe" agreement you signed. I believe what you guys saw when you looked through the grill was what they call the a/c condensor (which sits in front of the radiator and looks similar to a radiator). You cannot see the radiator when looking through the grill. If the hood would of been opened he would of seen the brand new radiator. The a/c condensor was not replaced because it doesn't leak coolant, it has refriegerant running through it.

We finished the work ahead of schedule, to try and make your experience a good one. I'm assuming the sales person did not give you a copy of the invoice due to you deciding not to purchase the vehicle. All our work comes with a 2 year or 24,000 mile warranty, whichever comes first.

Again, I'm sorry for your poor perception of the sales experience of the car and the service department did everything correctly to make your potential car a safe and realiable one.

"Rausch Will Take Care of You"
I know that when I take any of my family's cars to Rausch Motors for service that I do not have to worry at all about anything--I know they will tell me straight up what needs to be repaired (which is not always the case at the dealership!). The process was easy, painless and, dare I say, delightful. Highly recommend Rausch Motors.
