"Know their stuff"
I have taken a few of our cars there and each time the initial diagnostic has been accurate. They know how European cars are built and how to fix them!!!

"Trust"
Not knowing much about auto mechanics, I have to trust the staff at Ray's to tell me what is recommended. I believe in preventative maintenance. Turnaround is generally very good and it's a pleasant environment. Feel like we have a good relationship so far.

Mary said this business was fantastic and she loved them. George and David were awesome. They were friendly and they were able to sit and talk to her about her vehicle. They told her what she needed to do. She stated they made her feel comfortable and gave her information so she could go somewhere else if she wanted to. They said they would be happy to do the work. They were open and honest. They were trustworthy and she will go back to them.

"Fast, honest, good price!"
Toyota claimed my truck needed over $2400 of major repairs to fix an oil leak. Rays fixed the oil leak for $180 and found no other issues!

"Quick and conscientious "
I had an issue with my power steering and took my car to another shop. That shop said I needed to have the mechanism replaced and it would take about 5 days. I brought my car to George and he did a thorough inspection, found the wrong fluid and debris in my power steering. He cleaned it and out the right fluid in it. I had my car back in just a few hours and the cost was significantly less. I was very pleased with his honesty and work ethic.

"I do not understand what goes in this area."
I needed the work accomplished right away because I was leaving the next day. David found the part and had me on the road well ahead of the time he said it would be ready. I would have all my service performed by Ray's Imports if I lived in the area. I have recommended Ray's Imports to others.
