Marina said everything was a mistake. She apologized for the inconvenience because everything with this business is excellent. It was a big mistake on her part and felt very apologetic. She wanted to make sure everyone knew it was a mistake.

Marina said her husband called the business. He was told the price of the service would be $115 and it would take 30 minutes to complete. When she arrived at the business, she was told it would be $70 more and it would take two hours. She called her husband to explain what she was told and he asked to speak with a manager. The service manager came to the phone and then he began yelling at her husband. He told him twice, to take his business elsewhere. She said he very rude and it was outrageous. Her mother owns a Mercedes as well and if she was spoken to in that manner, she would be angry. She said a young employee was very helpful and apologetic about the way the service manager spoke with her. She said another employee also apologized for the service manager's behavior. She said another manager called her at home, to apologize but she missed the call. When she returned it, she just got the voicemail. She called back to thank him for his call. She said her experience was terrible but she does not want the service manager to be fired. She suggests that someone talk to him and that maybe he needs a few days off. Since she was told to taker her business elsewhere, she will not be recommending this business for service.

"Paul knows customer service!"
Paul was super kind and polite. He gave me the exact information I needed without trying to force me to get things done to my car that weren't 100% required at that moment. In addition that, he was in in contact with me from the moment I left to the moment he called to talk me it was ready for pickup!

"Manuel makes this place work......"
Being a repeat customer at Redhawk is a pleasure although the smog machine has been broken twice as happened yesterday causing a return visit with our second auto. Working in the hot garage in 100 degree heat cannot be a happy thing to do....your staff is to be acclaimed for working through it.

Everyone there was extremely helpful. I showed up almost to closing time expecting to make an apointment for the next day and they were happy to get my car worked on that day.

"Great Service"
Just a slow leak in the left rear tire but it was treated quickly, and out the door I went. That's why I like the Redhawk Auto service team.

"Quick and courteous "
I never like dealing with auto repair shops. I am a retired master tech and know exactly what I want and need before I walk through the door. I don't want upsales, or add one. Other than the standard upsale issue, the staff was nice and the service was quick.

"Stand by their work"
I went to Redhawk to get new brakes and unfortunately they did not do their normal quality job. I complained and they made everything right. I appreciate they stand by their work and did the right thing.
