We are sorry you were not satisfied with your last visit to our store. Inspections are state mandated. Our inspectors must pass a written as well as a "field test" with the highway patrol to obtain their license. Inspectors are required to inspect vehicles according to guidelines set by the state. State inspections are done to ensure vehicle safety for the person operating the car as well as other drivers on the road. The highway patrol watches this process very closely and we as well as our inspectors are evaluated on the inspection process. Our procedure is to follow the state guidelines. Those guidelines have to be followed in order for us to keep our license.
