I filled out the online quote system when I could not get anyone to answer at the Webb City store (I got the fax machine instead). I called back and spoke to a person who helped me make an appointment and stated that I could get a complimentary check on the issue, a price quote, and then have it fixed. About 30 minutes later, I received a phone call regarding my online quote. I explained the issue, what we thought was wrong, and discussed options. The gentleman on the phone stated a price of 255.00 for a full bilateral repair. We got to the Webb City Store and I was told it was going to be 410.00 for the bilateral repair. We paid the 410.00 because it HAD to be fixed, but we were really disappointed in the SIGNIFICANT difference in the price vs. quoted price for the same exact issue we explained on the phone. We WILL not be back for the rest of the repairs, we will find someone who can stay closer to the quote. The manager at the WC store simply stated, well that was the Joplin store that quoted that price. Does it matter?? Is there that much of a price difference between the two locations?
