From the moment of arrival until picking the car up after completed services, Austin was very helpful as he explained possible needs for 60, 000 mile checkup ... and then taking care of the routine issues to be serviced. Thanks!!

Austin and Hyundai always take care of my car promptly and respectfully. If there are recommendations for replacing parts, he will show me the parts that need to be replaced and explain why. Safety of his customers is always his top priority. I will be back!

"Very reliable and accommodating with scheduling service."
I only had one bad experience with Reliable Hyundai and that was when a simple oil change took over 3 hours. Not cool...but other than that one incident, I am totally satisfied.

I was seen promptly at my scheduled appointment. Brad discussed options for fixing my car and helped me choose one that was affordable. My car was serviced quickly (within the hour) and the waiting area was clean and stocked with snacks. :)

"Quickest oil change I've ever had!"
This was my first experience with Reliable Hyundai, as I've just moved to the area from out of state. I wasn't sure what to expect on a Saturday morning. The service techs were thorough, professional and friendly and the work was completed in a timely manner. Reliable Hyundai just gained a loyal customer!

"I DO NOT NEED ANY MORE OF THESE SURVEYS.....THEY ARE GETTING TO BE IRRITABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!"
I HAD A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME, and had to drive over 100 miles from my home to your dealership, TO HAVE THIS DONE AT THE APPOINTED TIME. The repair should have taken no more than 30 minutes. I kept waiting, waiting and more waiting. Seems THAT SOMEONE WROTE ON THE REPAIR ORDER THAT THE VEHICLE NEEDED TO BE COMPLETED AND BE OUT BY 5:00 pm ON THAT DAY.
