Hung said he is not a completely satisfied customer because he was not satisfied with his overall experience with Renton Collision Center and he would only rate the experience with a 4. His vehicle was not ready when promised and it was one week late because there was an insurance company delay. Also, he was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. He had to call them and he was not well informed by them.

We are always striving to do better in the eyes of our customers. We provide quality collision repair and at the same time negotiate with the insurance company to provide the best possible repair. This can be a challenge at times and can delay our repair process and communication with the customer. We will make our customer more aware of the background events with the insurance companies. Thanks for your constructive criticism.
