Marcos said the employees at this business were great to work with. He has a Mercedes convertible and the convertible top had to be replaced. The insurance company did not want to pay for an OEM top from Germany and they said it had to be an after market convertible top. The business had to make some adjustments to the one that was provided which delayed his vehicle being completed by 3 to 4 days. This business had to cut up the old top to add and make adjustments to the other one. They are still working on some loose screws and other things. He said he felt that this convertible top has cheapened his vehicle. He was very pleased with this business and will not go anywhere else for repair work as long as he is in this area.
