Marian said she was told the vehicle would be ready in 3 weeks, but it took 5 weeks with no one staying in touch until after the 5th week. She said there was a parts delay and an insurance release needed to be done, which she understands, but she was just disappointed no one advised her of the delay sooner. She said the business did a good job on the body work and that once Mark started keeping in touch, things went better. She said she really appreciated his communication.

We are always striving to do better in the eyes of our customers. We provide quality collision repair and at the same time negotiate with the insurance company to provide the best possible repair for the customer. This can be a challenge at times and can delay our repair process and communication with the customer. We will try to make our customers more aware of the background events that are transpiring with the insurance companies so there is a better understanding of the process and delivery times of repairing their vehicle. Thank you for your constructive criticism. We hope with this knowledge that Marian will consider us again in the future
