Harold stated he was really happy with the way the business handled things. The business was keen on doing a good job and accommodated his concerns. The detail contractor made mistakes and later took short cuts. Regarding that, there was a problem with the stoneguard protective fender cover, a bubble in the finish, and the pin-striping was cut short over the top instead of going the long way around. The paint didn't blend right, so the vehicle was delayed on the 4th day going into another 5th day. On the 4th day, Harold contacted the business, which had not previously told him about the delay. He said the business was great, but the contractor was not. Mark did a good estimate and he was likable. He commented that the business could do a little more checking to make sure everything is functioning properly before the release of the vehicle. He said the he likes the way the people treated him in person.
