Jennifer said she was not able to get the quote before the weekend from the person she was initially working with and then was pushed off to someone else. She was not aware that the work of covering scratches for two hundred and fifty dollars was going to look like they colored them in with a sharpie or she would have done it herself.

We are saddened that Jennifer was not satisfied with his repair. We provide quality collision repair and at the same time negotiate with the insurance company to provide the best possible repair for the customer. Our facility uses the best European paint available at no additional cost to the customer or insurance company Our painter is factory trained and certified. We will contact Jennifer to address her concerns. Thank you for your constructive criticism. We hope with this knowledge that Jennifer will consider us again in the future
