Tim said the work was very good and the business did what they needed to do. He was not happy with the amount of time he had to wait. His vehicle was ready 2 days late because of a parts delay. He was kept adequately informed during the repair process but he did have to call the business to check in. Everyone at the business was very helpful. He was overall satisfied with the business's communication but he stated he felt like a lot of the initiation was on him to check on his vehicle opposed to them calling him. He chose this business because a friend recommended him there and he did some research on yelp.com. He does not mind if his vehicle is going to take a little longer but he would like the business to give him a realistic time frame even if they have to over estimate.
