Karen said she did not have any issues with this business and everything went smoothly. This business took a week longer than she was promised because they had found additional damage on her vehicle, so they had to get the work approved by the insurance company. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because she had to call this business herself to find out what was going on. She stated she did not have any communication with the facility.
