Michael said this business did everything he wanted, and exactly how he wanted it done. There was no hassle with dropping off his vehicle. He left the country after dropping off his vehicle, the business was not able to keep him informed. David was very good, and knew what he was doing. There wasn't any communication outside of the front desk staff.
