Tasha said this business did a beautiful job on her vehicle and the customer service was good. They never gave her a date when her vehicle would be ready. She called them five days before her vehicle would be ready. She called on a Friday and they told her the vehicle would be ready by next Friday. Since they did not tell her when her vehicle would be ready, she had five days to come up with $500 for the deductible. She had to call this business to see about her vehicle and to get the estimate for the damage of repair, they did not contact her. She never got an estimate. She called them and they told her that the estimate came out so much but they did not know what the full price of the damage to the vehicle would be. They are lacking full communication on the vehicle and the estimated repair cost.
