Paul said he only had the following negative regarding his experience with this business. He stated he told this business he wanted to get the money from the insurance to pay them, but he felt very pressured when this business was pushy about wanting the insurance paying them directly. Paul pointed out the above felt secretive to him, and they should have been more user-friendly.
