Spoke with Andrew. He said it took the business three or four weeks to replace a broken window when in reality it should have only taken a day or two. Instead of just ordering the part, the business set up an appointment to access the broken window then ordered the parts. He stated that he felt the process was backwards and will not be returning to the business for any service or repairs.
