Tom said he was satisfied with the friendliness of the staff. There was a delay in the estimated time frame. The vehicle was delayed three or four days because additional damage was found. The business had to call the leasing business to get approval for the additional work. They did not inform him of the delay and he had to call them to get updates. The lady who answered the phone told him his call would be returned but it took two days for them to follow through.
