Pamela said she is very happy with the way she was treated. She said she was kept updated and all of her questions were answered. Unfortunately, her whole motor has to be replaced, as well as the engine, and there is a crack in the cylinder head. She said the people at the front desk greeted her with a smile and a smile goes a long way.
