Loretta said she's been to this business twice before and she likes the service she gets. She stated she'll stick with them if they continue doing a good job. Loretta mentioned she's happy because she can't tell her vehicle was in an accident because they did a nice job. She pointed out she got her vehicle back a day early and the woman who did the estimate explained everything thoroughly to her. Loretta explained she wondered why this business wasn't calling her with status reports and discovered later, they were leaving status updates on her cell phone, not her home phone, which she got later. They were doing what they were supposed to do, regarding the updates.
