Cim said she was not satisfied with how long it took to get her vehicle back. She was told it would only take one week but did not get her vehicle back until late the next week. She added that her vehicle looks great. She took her vehicle in on a Monday and was told it would be ready that Friday. She said she thinks this business was having difficulties communicating with the insurance company. There was a part the insurance company wanted that was different than the part this business ordered and then the holidays happened. She was not notified until later in the week that her vehicle would not be ready. She stated that the staff was very friendly and pleasant. The service was great. This business had a pleasant and warm environment that made her feel welcome. She said the only thing that needs improvement is the communication but otherwise she is satisfied with everything else.
