Thomas said he was not satisfied with the person who prepared his estimate because they did not fully finished the repairs. They did not have a bumper receiver for his vehicle and they told him to go look for one. He was not satisfied with the personnel because while they were talking on the phone about the problem they hung up on him. That is also the reason why he would not recommend this business to others.

We are always striving to do better in the eyes of our customers. Unfortunately the hitch receiver cap that Thomas has that fits into the end of his hitch was not a factory accessory. We went as far as going to the local stores; AutoZone and Shucks/O’Reilys but could not find his specific cap. We refunded Thomas the money so he could find one to his liking. As we explained to Thomas as we were talking to him, our company phone system lost power. We immediately called him back when the system started working again. We are always receptive to constructive criticism. We hope with this knowledge that Thomas will consider us again in the future.
