Karen said she rated her overall experience 3 because they kept getting the wrong bumper, and it was not their fault but the fault of the people they dealt with. She was very pleased they did a good job, but it just lingered on and on. They didn't really promise a time but they said it wouldn't take very long after the correct bumper arrived. Even though they told the supplier not to send a bumper with holes to attach the license plate, the supplier sent one with holes anyway. The quality of the work was very good and they did a beautiful job. Karen was kept informed day by day, and they were very courteous. She thought this was a fluke and would definitely still recommend them. They're always very courteous and conscientious, she's dealt with them for years, and she wouldn't take her vehicle anywhere else.

We are always striving to do better in the eyes of our customers. Unfortunately the bumper that we ordered multiple times was published wrong in the dealership database and consequently kept getting the wrong bumper. Karen was very courteous and we did appreciate her patience. We are happy that she chose again to use our services and will recommend us in the future
