Zachary rated his overall experience a 2.5 because they didn't fix the noise. He can still hear the squeaking on the door that was not there before the accident. They rode around with him and told him it could be a warranty issue. The vehicle was a few days later than promised. He was satisfied with the treatment by the personnel, but the receptionist could have a better personality and chose not to elaborate. Zachary said he will never go back again.

We are saddened that we have not been able to rectify Zachary's problem. His vehicle was damaged in the rear but his right frt door was making a squeaking sound. We likewise could hear it and had make adjustments to the plastic door trim to stop the problem. Unfortunately it seems to come back after delivery back to customer.
