Kimberly said that she rated the overall satisfaction a 3 because her vehicle was 4 days delayed and there was not enough communication. She said that her vehicle was delayed 4 days because they were waiting for parts to come in. Kimberly wished they had kept her more informed on the status.

We did apologize to Kim for the lack of communication but we were waiting to hear back from the dealership on the delivery of the parts. Unfortunately we are at their mercy sometimes but will do a better job of keeping the customer informed. We are pleased that Kimberly will use our services again and we will exceed her expectations next time.
