Steve said he rated his overall experience with the business a 3, because he had to bring his vehicle back to the business to resolve a new headlight issue, it had some humidity. Also, when he recently washed his vehicle, he noticed an issue with the front bumper. There is a 1-inch gap on one side of the bumper. He was completely satisfied with the quality of the body work, except for the one issue above. However, he plans on calling the business to resolve the issue to his satisfaction, since he has a warranty on the vehicle.

We did verify that Steve's headlight was defective and replaced it for him at no charge. Also at the same time we did an adjustment to his front bumper
