Marilyn said there were some issues, but in general the experience was alright. The vehicle was not ready when promised because of some insurance approval issues after the first supplemental invoice was submitted. She said there was some poor communication that delayed the services. She said she felt the advisor could have been more on top of the vehicle repairs, especially when communicating with the insurance company. She said she felt the communication could be improved.
