Lynda said they do high quality work and they're very professional people. She was without her vehicle for 5 weeks. She stated she thought it probably would have been a 3 week process but the delay was insurance related. Renton Collision Center was doing everything the insurance company told them to do, so it wasn't the fault of this business. She had to initiate the majority of the phone calls to this business. She was calling to inquire about the status, so when she called they kept her adequately informed, but that's okay.
