Sarah said her vehicle was supposed to be ready in a week but it took a month. It caused her to pay part of the rental vehicle fee because her insurance company did not cover the entire rental. She did not hear from them for three weeks, then they called to tell her they had one more thing to do. They were going to replace her headlight but it did not work. They had to order another headlight, which took an extra week. Her vehicle was not ready when promised. They found additional damage and they had to reorder a headlight. They showed her the estimate after they found more damage. It was fine with her. They worked directly with the insurance company and was not part of the estimate process. She chose this business due to the online comments about them. They were rated one of the highest on Yelp. They were also located close to her.
