Chelsea said personnel were polite and helpful but she would have preferred more detail on what exactly was going to be done on her vehicle during this experience instead of providing a hard copy of the estimate for her to look through herself. She mentioned the body work looked great but she was concerned her vehicle horn was replaced. She noticed the horn pitch being higher when using the automatic door locks and a rattling emitting while the door locks were used. It was an easy process getting a hold of someone to discuss the progress of the vehicle but she had little details of what was being done to the vehicle. She was only provided a hard copy of the estimate and did not speak with anyone regarding the issue. She appreciated the business' ability to pick her up and drop her off at her residence during the experience.
