Giovanna said she had a problem with the business. They had her vehicle for one week and they were not able to repair it. They told her it would be free but then they told her it would cost $300. She had to take it someplace else and they charged her $200.

Alec said the business did not listen to the instructions he gave them and replaced an item on his vehicle that was already fixed. They basically charged him $500 to replace an item that was working on his vehicle.
