"Great experience throughout"
Issac Mishkin, the guy that wrote up my ticket, knew the problem on my recall, told me what will be done and what would happen if it cannot be fixed right there and was up front and kept me informed the whole time I waited for my vehicle. The recall and other warranty matters were taken care of as promised.

"Top Notch Dealership!!! Second to none!!!"
The best-friendliest-expeditious-efficient customer service I have ever experienced at an automotive dealership. That exactly why I have bought two cars, my neighbor bought another, and I continue to push friends and family to buy at Rick Case for the great experience...Not to mention the outstanding product. Had to take car in for recall repair. Once part came in I received a call to schedule appointment. David was helpful in advising what day and time would help get me in and out in a timely fashion. The whole thing took an hour and I was on my way.

"Battery not needed"
I asked to have my battery charged. It was brand new. I received a call telling me it would not hold a charge and I should get a new battery. I did not need one. My battery was brand new and it charged very good taking it for a road drive. I don't appreciate fraud. Trying to sell me something I don't need
